Who We Are

AuscomTech is the trading name of AUSCOM Computers & Controls, operated by Austin Fyson Holdings Pty Ltd.

We began in 2017 with a focus on electronics and control products and have continued to grow our range around the needs of Australian customers.

Our customers include electronics enthusiasts, tradespeople, schools, university students, developers, technicians, engineers, manufacturers, maintenance teams and businesses building or repairing equipment.

Whether someone needs a single sensor for a weekend project or a regular supply of components for commercial work, we aim to provide the same dependable service and straightforward assistance.

What We Supply

Our range covers electronics, microcontrollers, prototyping products and industrial control components, including:

Microcontrollers

Arduino-compatible, ESP32, ESP8266, STM32, Raspberry Pi accessories and programming equipment.

Sensors and Modules

Environmental, motion, distance, current, voltage, pressure, flow, level and wireless modules.

Power and Control

Power supplies, converters, regulators, relays, motor drivers, panel meters and control accessories.

Prototyping

Breadboards, PCBs, connectors, cables, components and tools for building and testing projects.

Industrial Electronics

Control products, indicators, interface modules, communication equipment and replacement components.

Tools and Accessories

Test equipment, programming tools, soldering accessories and practical workshop products.

We continually review and expand the range based on customer requests, useful new technologies and gaps in the Australian market.

More Than Just a Product

Electronics can be difficult to purchase online when listings provide little more than a model number and a photograph.

We work to provide useful specifications, connection information, examples and practical guidance wherever suitable information is available.

Many of our products are components or development modules rather than finished consumer appliances. They may require wiring, programming, configuration or integration into a larger project. We understand that customers may need help identifying the correct product or locating technical resources.

Need help choosing a product?
Tell us what you are trying to achieve, what equipment you are using and any important voltage, current, size or communication requirements. We will provide practical guidance based on the information available to us.

The Advantage of Being a Small Business

Our size is one of our greatest strengths.

We are not separated from our customers by layers of departments, offshore support centres or rigid corporate processes. Questions, feedback and unusual requests reach people who understand the products and are directly involved in running the business.

This allows us to:

  • Respond personally to technical and order enquiries;
  • Inspect current stock when a physical detail is important;
  • Look for products customers are having difficulty sourcing;
  • Adjust and improve listings when customers identify missing information;
  • Provide flexible assistance for trade, educational and project customers; and
  • Make decisions quickly without unnecessary bureaucracy.

We may not be the largest electronics supplier, but we aim to be one of the most approachable and useful.

Who We Work With

Makers and Hobbyists

Components and guidance for learning, experimenting, repairing and creating.

Schools and Students

Accessible products for electronics, coding, robotics and STEM education.

Trades and Technicians

Practical replacement parts, test equipment and control components.

Engineers and Developers

Modules and components for prototyping, testing and product development.

Australian Businesses

Local supply, repeat purchasing and assistance with ongoing requirements.

Resellers

Trade and resale customers are welcome to purchase for lawful resale or integration.

Australian Stock and Delivery

Our stock is dispatched from Tingalpa, Queensland, using Australia Post.

Keeping stock in Australia means customers can order from a local business, receive Australian customer support and avoid many of the uncertainties associated with purchasing directly from an unknown overseas marketplace seller.

We supply customers in metropolitan, regional and remote areas throughout Australia, as well as selected international destinations.

Local pickup is available by prior arrangement. We do not operate a retail shopfront, so customers must contact us before visiting.

Our Commitment

We are committed to continuing to improve our products, information, service and technical resources.

That means listening to customer feedback, correcting problems when they arise, expanding the products available locally and providing honest information about what we can and cannot confirm.

We want AuscomTech to be a dependable Australian source for the components and tools people need to learn, repair, automate, invent and build.

Building Something?

Whether you are working on your first Arduino project, repairing equipment or developing a commercial system, we are here to help you find the right components.
