The XL6019 is an adjustable DC-DC step-up voltage converter designed to increase a lower DC input voltage to a higher regulated output. It features a 5A internal switching current rating, high-efficiency power conversion and an onboard multi-turn adjustment potentiometer.

With a recommended input range of DC 3–35V and adjustable output from DC 5–40V, this module is suitable for voltage boosting applications including 5V to 12V, 12V to 24V and other compatible DC power conversion requirements.

⚠️ Important Notes

• 5A Rating Clarification: The advertised 5A specification is the internal switching current rating, not a continuous 5A output rating. Recommended input current is up to 3A.
• Boost Only: This module increases voltage. Turning the potentiometer clockwise reduces the output voltage setting but does not provide true step-down conversion.
• Potentiometer Adjustment: Counterclockwise rotation increases the output voltage, while clockwise rotation decreases it, as indicated by the supplied module diagram.
• Check Voltage Before Use: Always measure and adjust the output using a multimeter before connecting electronic equipment.
• Voltage Requirements: The input must be sufficiently below the required output for stable step-up operation.
